Step 1- Product Agreement and Consultation
This stage is at the beginning of the home building process. The project manager for Retracta Screen of the Carolinas will consult with the builder to review products and their location. The entire process will be explained, samples provided and answer any questions.
Step 2 â€“ Framing Stage
This will be a job-site visit to meet with the builder (if necessary), job superintendent and, or framer(s). This meeting will discuss the framing needs for recessed screen cavities, access requirements for Phantom Executive Motorized Retractable Screens, discuss power requirements and location of electrical outlets..
Step 3 â€“ Final Measurements and Product Ordering
After several site visits to ensure proper framing requirements, Retracta Screen will obtain final measurements for product ordering purposes. Phantom Executive Motorized Retractable Screens are custom made for each opening to insure precise fit and function.
Step 5 â€“ Installation
A typical installation of Phantom Executive Motorized Retractable Screens is a 1 day process, depending on the number of screens to be installed. This process involves the entire installation of mounting of brackets, track installation, hanging of roller, application of the mesh, fitting of slidebar and all the necessary adjustments for proper installation.
